Delicious grilled salmon

I don’t know whether it’s me or the salmon, but one of us loves the other so much to the point where……. , Okay it’s me
, let me admit it, I am telling you, this salmon that you see right here is my life saver, I mean my time saver. That time when every thing is  kinda turning south, you have a due paper the next day and you know you are still a half way through; while you are in that  the next thing you notice is that your work shift is in an hour from then ,and on the next table your text books are now starting to give you a side eye,,,, oh! and also, in  the stomach administration they are complaining,,, ,,  Alright, alright  ,,, take a deep breath, take a salmon and I will show you what to do,,,

  • Salmon
  • soya sauce
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • Rose Mary leaves ( fresh or dried)
  • salt
  • oil ( preferably olive oil)- 2 table spoons
  • green pepper
  • white onion
  • garlic powder
  • Maggi all-purpose powder

Step1: mix all the ingredients together on a plate and then add the salmon into  the mixture, rub both sides with seasoning sauce. meanwhile heat a grill or non stick pan on a low-medium heatIMG_1988

Step2: Put the well seasoned salmon on the pan, don’t put any additional oil on the pan the one you used in seasoning your salmon should do. Add a rid on the pan and let it cook for  about 5 min before you  change the sideProcessed with MOLDIV

Step3: wait for about 4 min after you changed the side, and then add well chopped onion and green pepper, let it for 2 min and then turn off the heat, with the rid still on, let it sit for about 2 more minutes  and ……IMG_2004
