I don’t know why I am getting emotional as I am writing this, but grilled fish is everything! The first time I made it I couldn’t believe how it simplicity may turn out to be this much scrumptious .what you need is only your fish and your onion ,,as simple as that!
- black pepper
- seasoned salt
- parsley flakes ( dried parsley)- optional
- Rose Mary leaves ( dried or fresh)
- Oil preferably olive oil
And please if you don’t have or can’t find all those ingredients as my mom used to say ” there is always a room to add, withdraw or exchange ingredients,,” just do with what you have!
Step1: Clean your fish very well then marinate it with lemon juice and let it sit for an hour before you add any other ingredients. I swear, It will add more flavour to your fish! ( if there is any way that you can marinate it the night before you prepare it, or in the morning before you head to school or work, do it,, you will see the difference! )
Step2: Mix all the ingredients together: chopped onions and all the liquid and dried ingredients and remember to add some lemon juice as well
Step3: cut two strips on each side of the fish and put all the ingredients inside and rub some on the outside. Meanwhile pre-heat your oven at low-medium heat
Step4: put your fish in the oven, and wait for 10min for one side to get cooked and do the other side as well for another 10min.
