Do you sometimes find yourself not finding a proper description for your food? oh yes, that when you know that you have nailed it ! and up to now I haven’t yet find any for this one right here! however, I got an idea of what we should do , how about you trying the recipe first and then we can help each other to find that one missing descriptive adjective… hum?. How does it sound? For this recipe, you will simply need your preferred vegetables and ground beef.
- dried rose mary leaves
- soya sause
- oyster sause
- tumeric powder
- olive oil
- black pepper
Step1 : cut your ground beef into small strips and boil it into water for about 15 min or you can fry it immediately without boiling and you may add ginger later on
Step2: mix your boiled beef with ginger and let it sit for another 15min
step3: Fry your beef with ginger on a sauce pan for about 5 min and then add vegetables and let it cook on a low heat until its all get cooked through.
step 4: add all the seasoning ingredients
Et voila your stir-fried beef and vegetable is ready!
