Either for breakfast, diner or super, you can’t go wrong with such flavourful soup! So easy and timeless to cook but also and most importantly healthy,,
- garlic powder
- magic sarap(optional)
- Maggi all-purpose season-up
- black pepper
- vegetable broth
Step1: Boil the lentils into water for about 30 min
Step2: In a separate pot or pan fry the rest of the vegetable ( carrots, garlic, parsley, shallot and tomatoes) till half-cooked.
Step3: Mix the boiled lentils and fried veggies then sprinkle a bit of all the seasoning powder ingredients listed above.
Step4: Add vegetable broth or stock or whatever kind of broth you may have with you ( it doesn’t matter). Let is cook for another 10-15min and serve it with bread or rice or eat it alone it doen’t matter.
