Sauce Blanche au champignon

Whenever French is involved, the food won’t need too much  introduction, it is all about class, romance and all sort of  flavouriness combined together! 

Ingredients

  • Mushroom
  • spinach (optional)
  • onion
  • minced garlic
  • corn starch or all-purpose flour
  • milk
  • oil
  • vegetable broth or stock
  • Maggi all-purpose season-up
  • rosemary
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Step 1: Fry the mushroom, onions and spinach on a pan till they all get cooked through, then add up all the seasoning ingredients.

Step2: On a separate bowl, mix the vegetable broth, milk, and 1 table-spoon of corn-starch or all-purpose flour all together

Step3: Add the mixture in the fried pan of mushroom and spinach then let it cook for about 10 min. Voila,, your soup is ready!

This recipe gives so much flexibility, instead of mushroom you can switch up with chicken or beef !
